Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting services.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms in partnership with leadership.
• Manage opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
