• Deep experience in IT Staffing, Solutions/ Services and Consulting sales.

• A strong hunter mentality – cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals – you do what it takes to win.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.
• Must have experience dealing with and selling to clients in Life Sciences and /or Healthcare Industry.
• Must be able to give a 30-60-90 day plan and with confidence and book of business and live reqs within first month itself.
