Job summary

UBEO Business Services is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a direct-sells team across multiple branches. The role focuses on selling business technology solutions including copiers, printers, and document management software, while driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in B2B sales, with experience coaching teams and meeting quotas. This on-site role offers a path to expanding UBEO’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of successful leading sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Drive a sales team to execute UBEO’s strategy.
• Attract, hire, and retain talent.
• Coach and develop team members to exceed targets.
• Lead with UBEO’s values and customer service standards.
• Set clear expectations, manage activities, and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop business plans and team development to beat plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Utilize UBEO’s sales process and CRM for forecasting and planning.
• Provide onboarding and 30/60/90 day plans for new hires.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and accurate forecasts.
