Job summary

UBEO Business Services seeks a Sales Manager to lead a direct sales team of 6–10 across multiple branches, selling copiers, multifunction printers, and document management solutions.

You will recruit, coach, forecast, and drive revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging UBEO’s sales process to exceed targets.

The position requires 4+ years of sales leadership, strong communication, and a proven talent-development track record; travel by car to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful leading sales teams, preferably in hardware/software/services sales
• Proven ability to meet/exceed pre-set quotas
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)

• Drive a sales team to execute UBEO’s strategy
• Attract, hire, and retain talent; coach and develop team
• Lead by UBEO values and exceptional customer service
• Set clear expectations, manage activities, and exceed sales targets
• Develop business plans and team development to beat plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations
• Maintain 100% manpower across sales territories
• Provide onboarding and 30/60/90 day plans for new reps
• Forecasts, performs quarterly reviews and maintains opportunity management via CRM
