Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate in Silverdale, WA, to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, developing skills in digital tools and service plan recommendations.

Successful candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities, with 6 months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
