Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers and support their technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey to create a great experience. This role trains you in digital tools, sales skills, and customer service, with on-the-job training and a clear path from Mobile Associate to Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
