Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including inside sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through inside sales activities, then transition opportunities to the next level.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers while retaining existing ones.
• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and multi‑channel sales activities.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and buying objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.
• Sell and renew company products and services via telephone, email, and digital channels.
• Provide customers with guidance on products, services, and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales to support territory and account growth.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activities and forecast pipelines.
