Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion.
• Schedule and dispatch Technicians with guidance from Team Leads.
• Communicate action plans to customers and ensure expectations are met.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues and follow up as needed.
• Reconcile service requests daily and maintain up-to-date account information.
• Assist with preparing quotations and supporting RV/PSA related activities.
• Support billing, warranty claims, and customer retention efforts.
