Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Service Representative to coordinate service requests, scheduling, and account updates, working with technicians and vendors to ensure timely delivery. You will maintain records, track orders, and support billing and reporting tasks.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and attention to detail, with a competitive benefits package and hourly range of $30–$40.

Qualifications

• Five years of administrative experience with a background in sales, operations, and/or administration.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Siebel or Salesforce.com.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with clear communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to support service requests.
• Track orders, inventory, shipments, and account details.
• Assist with AR/AP tasks and vendor coordination as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain service-related documentation.
• Support customer surveys and follow-up communications.
