Job summary

Johnson Controls in California is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician calendars, and align preventive maintenance with monthly forecasts.

You will debrief technicians, coordinate with billing and support teams, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain up-to-date customer accounts in NexGen. On-site work and a strong focus on communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain daily field schedules to meet maintenance and forecasting goals.
• Debrief technicians, resolve concerns, and ensure proper billing handoffs via NexGen.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet accuracy.
