You will work closely with Team Leads and the Service Team Manager to deliver timely, cost-effective service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in service operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tact.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in service operations or scheduling is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests from initiation to completion.
• Schedule Technicians and Team Leads to maximize productivity.
• Communicate action plans and service details to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Reconcile service requests daily and manage labor scheduling.
