Job summary

The role requires CS/sales or tech support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment. Training will cover many in-store procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CS/sales or tech support exp (retail, B2C, or inbound leads).
• Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills and memory.
• Confident/persuasive demeanor and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on services/products at front desk and over the phone.
• Build relationships with clients and identify issues to advise on solutions.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for repairs and services to fit customer needs.
• Record customer info and job details in the ticketing system; process payments.
