Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. is seeking a customer-focused IT & sales support representative in the United States. You will advise clients, build relationships, and provide tailored repair/service quotes while handling invoicing and payments.

The role requires diagnosing PCs, deploying OS, backing up data, and assisting with enterprise network tasks. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and direct client interaction, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ years CS/sales tech support experience.
• Experience in retail or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and common apps.
• Ability to perform on-site and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on services and products at offices and remotely online.
• Create relationships with potential new clients and instill confidence in our services; identifying issues and providing insight to customer’s questions.
• Make recommendations, estimates and invoices for repair services, computers and hardware/software to fit customers’ needs.
• Record customer information and job details into our support ticketing system, and taking payments in-person and over-the-phone.
• Diagnose computers (hardware, software, performance), cleaning junkware/bloatware, removing viruses/malware; restoring OS health.
• Back up user accounts and personal files, recovering lost data/files/partitions (program licenses, credentials/passwords, and other system settings).
• Install, repair, cloning and upgrading operating systems. Email setup, migration, configuration. Deploying managed software applications.
• Printer installation and configuration, including full-featured driver deployment and customized settings configuration.
• Architect and deploy enterprise networks (wired and wireless) using Ubiquiti hardware; Gateways, Switches, AP's, etc.
• Monitor, maintain, deploy and convert (physical and virtual) enterprise environments; Windows Server 2008 R2 - Server 2016.
• Design, on-board, deploy and manage users in server manager, group policy, network sharing, and Office 365 EMC.
