Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience is required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers on arrival and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain service recommendations in plain language and upsell when appropriate.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion.
