Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in Tempe to bridge customers and technicians, translating repair recommendations into clear, actionable language and identifying up-sell opportunities to keep drivers safe. You will greet customers, confirm appointments, prepare estimates, produce repair orders, and communicate with parts and technicians to ensure timely work and high CSI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & CSI.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Use consultative selling to plan for maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with estimates and transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
