Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and connect guests with what matters most. This part-time role supports store operations, merchandising, and customer interactions, with training provided to ensure a successful onboarding.

The position offers flexible hours (8–25 per week), a starting wage of $17.15 per hour, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests and simplify tech explanations.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions and follow-through.
