Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the products they need. You will support sales processes, merchandising, and store operations while creating a positive in-store experience.

Join a team that values performance, collaboration, innovation, integrity and celebration, with paid training and flexible hours ranging from 8 to 25 per week. Starting pay is $18.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is positive and memorable.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions and follow-through.
