Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a frontline Mobile Associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service options in a fast-paced store setting.

You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers through their shopping journey while leveraging digital resources and training opportunities. Compensation includes hourly pay plus training incentives and stock grants, with extensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
