The role focuses on building product knowledge, demonstrating solutions, and guiding customers through their shopping journey. The position offers on-the-job training, base pay of $18 per hour plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed earnings structure including incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
