T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology needs, plans and devices in a fast-paced store environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey with friendly, attentive service.

This role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tool usage, and goal-driven sales. Training is provided to deepen knowledge of wireless solutions, and successful teammates earn incentive pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
