Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to learn products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
