Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with on-the-job training within 90 days and opportunities for annual incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
