Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist shoppers throughout their journey with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

You will start with hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, with on‑the‑job training leading to potential incentives and eligibility for an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).
• Knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
