Job summary

SV Academy is recruiting Business Development Representatives for a hybrid role in Durham, NC. The program offers free, instructor-led sales training, followed by a 90-day paid Residency embedded at a partner company, with a clear path to a long-term sales role at over 400 partner firms.

Cohorts start weekly and are capped at 25 Residents. Day 100 onward, Residents transfer to the partner’s payroll with full benefits and a total compensation range of $55k–$85k.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Participate in training and residency programs to develop sales skills.
