Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or support.
• Experience in goal-driven roles with measurable targets.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently.
• Interest in a high-performance environment with ambitious goals.
• Completion of a 2-week bootcamp to build tech sales skills.
• Paid 90-day residency with an employer partner.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.
• Transfer to partner payroll with full benefits after the residency.
