SV Academy invites driven individuals to launch a tech sales career as a Business Development Representative. No experience required—learn on the job with free training and a 90-day paid residency, then transition to a partner’s payroll with offers of $65,000–$95,000 total compensation.

Residency is hybrid, cohorts start weekly and are limited. You’ll gain real sales experience, ongoing coaching, and a clear path into long-term tech roles within partner companies.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles).
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Willingness and ability to learn SDR tools and CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Proficiency in English and strong written/verbal communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Learn to communicate value rather than just pitch.
• Book meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft to manage contacts and activity.
• Build confidence in conversations, handle objections, and solve problems.
