Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives for a 100-day program that includes free training and a paid residency at a partner company. Cohorts start weekly and are limited to 25 Residents, with a clear path to a long-term role.

During days 11–100, Residents work as W-2 employees at partner companies with daily coaching. Day 100 onward, they transfer to the partner’s payroll with a total annual compensation target of $90k–$100k and comprehensive benefits after transfer.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during the 100-day program.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where this role is posted.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Available for evening training sessions during the first 2 weeks.
• Located in or able to reliably commute to the partner site (the Residency portion is hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and pass to Account Executives.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
