SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives for a hybrid role in Portland, OR. This paid program combines free sales training, a 90-day Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales career.

Days 1–10 include training; Days 11–100 are a paid Residency as a W-2 at a partner; Day 100 onward you transfer to the partner payroll with total compensation of $55k–$85k and full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying inbound leads.
• Scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receiving daily coaching from SV Academy mentor and partner sales leadership.
