Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech and Product organizations with top-tier talent. This six-month contract role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in-office per week.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, leverage direct sourcing, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified, pipeline-ready candidates for multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in high-velocity environments (agency and/or in-house).
• Experience supporting Sales or Tech and Product hiring.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using direct sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Strong written outreach that converts passive candidates into conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Sales and tech roles.
• Drive high-volume sourcing to deliver qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Engage passive candidates through direct outreach, including cold calls.
• Translate hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction to move warm candidates to multiple openings.
