Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success and Tech groups. This contract role (6 months) requires a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in-office in Georgia.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, build pipelines, and partner with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates for fast-paced hiring. Strong direct-sourcing skills and market intelligence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment (agency and/or in-house).
• In-office availability: ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Expertise with advanced direct-sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for Sales and Tech roles, mapping competitors and refreshing pools ahead of demand.
• Drive high-volume sourcing to deliver a steady flow of qualified, assessed candidates to recruiters.
• Use direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent, especially from direct competitors.
• Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing plans in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team, handing off warm candidates and applying qualified talent to multiple openings.
• Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy.
