Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Solution Architect team, setting goals and fostering growth.
• Oversee customer engagements with a consultative approach aligned to customer objectives.
• Guide technical sales activities from qualification to closure and execute PoCs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire diverse, skilled candidates.
• Foster an inclusive culture and promote innovation, trust, and collaboration.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Success and Partners to support account plans.
• Monitor competitors and develop technical positioning to differentiate SUSE.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and ongoing learning within the team.
• Oversee CRM practices and use data insights to drive engagement success.
