Job summary

Trane Technologies invites students to a 12-week Summer internship focused onTechnical Sales through Equipment, Service or Controls/Building Automation offerings. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn system design and how to present solutions to customers, while developing leadership and communication skills.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and real exposure to a sales career within a global climate solutions leader.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the internship.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Passion for learning in technical fields and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers to learn the sales process.
• Understand design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services.
• Attend meetings, calls, and customer visits with mentors to gain hands-on experience.
• Shadow sales engineers through the end-to-end steps of a project.
