• Learn from our Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for residential applications.
• Onboard new dealers and introduction to Residential Order Placement Resources.
• Explain benefits, programs and sales initiatives to dealers.
• Lead generation and participation in sales meetings with mentors.
• Understand steps sales teams take from start to finish and be hands-on in those steps.
• Build relationships with customers as a daily point-of-contact in solutions.
