Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week Summer internship focused on Technical Sales across North America. You will work closely with Sales Account Managers, learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services for commercial and industrial buildings, and gain hands-on experience in the sales process. Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program is required.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the entire duration of the summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Sales Account Managers and customers to understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings and customer calls alongside experienced account managers and mentors.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the steps sales engineers take from start to finish and contribute to solution-making for clients.
