Job summary

EY is hiring an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) within the Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management function. You will lead in-depth technology risk initiatives, engage stakeholders, and oversee program delivery across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to interface with all EY personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain).
• Solid understanding of firm business and technology issues.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with process improvements and initiative.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and delegate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years related experience.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP, cloud/emerging tech certs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk management initiatives.
• Execute strategic and operational program initiatives for TRM.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security teams.
• Create reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of AI laws, regulations, and standards.
• Identify risk mitigation controls and activities; engage stakeholders.
