Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director for Technology Risk Management (TRM) within Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management. You will lead strategic and operational initiatives, assess technology risks, and collaborate with Global and Americas teams to shape policies and controls.

Strong communication, leadership, and regulatory acumen are essential. You will work in EY’s hybrid model in the US, focusing on AI and emerging tech risk, driving risk-based decisions, and delivering reports to senior

• Solid understanding of emerging technologies including AI and Blockchain.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred; professional certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of TRM program initiatives within EY Americas.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs.
• Analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting AI laws and standards.
• Collaborate across EY functions to design policies and mitigate technology risk.
• Create reports for senior leaders and manage junior team members.
