Qualifications

• Experience in agency staffing or recruiting, focused on IT/Technology.
• Strong understanding of the technology labor market and candidate assessment.
• Sales-minded with the ability to nurture client partnerships.

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage full-cycle direct hire IT roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Strategic Partnership: align talent with client needs and culture with Account Managers.
• Business Growth: identify cross-selling opportunities and drive development.
