Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a high-volume Technical Recruiter based in Atlanta to join our team in a 100% remote capacity supporting a world-leading FAANG enterprise. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for data center infrastructure and complex enterprise engineering talent, partnering with Hiring Managers in a fast-paced, quality-driven framework.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated technical and data center infrastructure recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for large-scale IT infrastructures and major tech companies.
• Strong understanding of data center domains, mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proven ability to work with hiring managers in a full-cycle RPO model.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake calls and provide updates to Hiring Managers as a consultative partner.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pools for high-volume roles.
• Maintain 100–150 candidates in process and 9–10+ active requisitions.
• Build qualified candidate profiles and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Participate in projects to enhance service offerings and candidate care.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation per SLA/KPI.
