Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Tech Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for critical technology roles in a fast-moving, global environment. You will partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and drive talent pipelines across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (engineering, cloud, security, data/AI).
• Proven success in high-volume technical hiring with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience using recruiting technologies and sourcing platforms to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define needs and talent strategies.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across software, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and architectures.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit; present strong shortlists.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience with clear communication and efficient processes.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Manage interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing strategies.
