Primary Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a strategic recruiting partner, leading full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, and corporate roles. The role blends hands-on recruiting with workforce planning, market analysis, and talent strategy to support evolving business needs.

You will work with hiring managers, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to proactively source, improve processes, and deliver effective hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment (professional/technical).
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS, recruiting platforms, and candidate sourcing technologies.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, and corporate positions.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract candidates for specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and business priorities.
• Advise leaders on talent availability, market conditions, and timelines.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, networks, and outreach.
• Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer visibility.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and position needs.
• Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and time-to-fill trends to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data; coordinate with agencies.
