Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is expanding our Technology division in Houston and looking for an ambitious Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll build a personal book of business, partner with hiring managers to solve hiring challenges, and connect top technology professionals with exciting career opportunities.

You’ll source, interview, and place candidates for contract, project, and direct‑hire roles while delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, SaaS sales, technology sales, B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and executives.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and grow a book of business.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance recruiting, sales, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with hiring managers, directors, VPs, and executive-level decision-makers.
Source, interview, and engage technology professionals.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
Deliver exceptional service that drives repeat business.
