You’ll work in a sales-driven environment with ownership via ESOP, base salary plus uncapped commission and equity, plus comprehensive benefits. Hybrid schedule available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or staffing with proven results.
• Strong communication with engineers to executives.
• Ability to source, screen IT professionals, and manage a high-quality pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base needing tech talent.
• Sell staffing solutions to hiring managers through the C‑suite.
• Run calls, meetings, and discovery conversations; secure new job orders.
