Job summary

CFS in Hartford is seeking a Technology Recruiter to build a client base, recruit top IT talent, and manage relationships with hiring managers. The role blends sales-driven targets with ownership and long‑term upside in a hybrid office setting.

You’ll leverage business development, client strategy, and talent matchmaking to secure job orders, source IT professionals, and guide candidates and clients through a successful placement process.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in sales or staffing with a track record of strong results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across engineering to executives.
• Experience with outreach and phone-based selling.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office setting after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: build and grow a client base needing tech talent; sell staffing solutions to hiring managers; run calls and discovery conversations; secure new job orders.
• Recruiting: source and screen IT professionals; understand skillsets and goals; conduct interviews and reference checks; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Placement & Relationship Management: match candidates with client needs; present qualified candidates; maintain ongoing communication; handle issues quickly; help grow the division.
