Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technologies, to lead complex technology construction initiatives across multiple sites. The role requires travel to project sites and oversight of budgeting, scheduling and client satisfaction.

You will manage a team of PMs, coordinate with engineers, designers, and vendors, and ensure adherence to safety standards and codes while delivering high-quality systems on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, or BIM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide strategic input and drive project objectives.
• Direct all phases of projects including bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Prepare and manage documents, estimates, schedules, purchase orders, invoices and closeout documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure scope, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Mentor and develop project staff, and maintain annual budgets and company procedures.
