Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technologies for a travel-based role on large technology projects. Will manage multi-site initiatives including estimating, design, budgeting, scheduling, and client satisfaction, while leading a PM team.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology construction projects, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as required to project sites across the country, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience. Extensive project management training and skills.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software, preferably Accubid. Experience and proficiency using Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM systems may be required for some divisions or business groups.
• Trained and proficient in project management tools and techniques, negotiating, budgeting, estimating, costing, contracting, scheduling, pricing, and common code requirements.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with construction methods and materials, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and general industry safety and OSHA standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communicator/collaborator, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and the ability to build strong working teams, cultures, and relationships at all levels and with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high quality and productivity, including bidding, budgeting, monitoring projections, and establishing goals and standards.
• Ensures projects meet customer satisfaction and profit objectives; optimizes labor, materials, and tools within approved budgets.
• Prepares and manages project documents, estimates, schedules, invoices, payments, closeout, and warranties.
• Procures materials with purchasing to limit price fluctuations and negotiates with vendors for pricing and availability.
• Provides day-to-day direction to foreman/superintendent to monitor productivity and team performance.
• Keeps safety programs and OSHA requirements current and enforced.
• Mentors and develops staff, providing feedback and resolving issues.
