Zusammenfassung

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Technologies for a travel position across national project sites. You will lead multiple projects from bid to closeout, coordinating design, budgets, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

The role requires effective communication, leadership, and a willingness to travel as projects demand. Beneficial experience in low voltage systems and safety compliance is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project mgmt, construction mgmt, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid PM training and lifecycle understanding.
• 2+ years PM experience in electrical/related disciplines may be required.
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, cost estimating, and OSHA rules.

Aufgaben

• Direct all phases of each project from start to finish, including proposals, bids, design, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
• Assist or manage project budgets, estimates, contracts, and negotiations; mentor team members.
• Oversee low voltage tech projects (voice/data, video, security, audiovisual, nurse call, DAS, fire alarm).
• Coordinate with foreman and team; lead site inspections and safety audits; ensure QA and safety standards.
• Procure materials, manage subcontractors, permits, and vendor pricing; ensure proper documentation.
