Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technologies, to lead one large technology project or multiple projects from start to finish, including estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, quality control, scheduling, budgeting and client-satisfaction activities.

The travel-heavy role requires coordinating with owners, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors and field staff while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience. Extensive project management training and skills.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software, preferably Accubid.
• Proficient with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM.
• Strong business analysis and mathematical skills and ability to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish, including estimating, contract negotiations, project design, and scheduling.
• Lead project team, ensure quality control, and oversee budgets and client satisfaction activities.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, architects, field staff and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and safety.
