Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a nationwide travel role. You will manage multiple projects from bid through completion, handling design, scheduling, budgeting and client satisfaction while coordinating with subs, vendors and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years PM experience in construction, strong contract literacy, and a proactive, autonomous work style. Travel is required, with competitive benefits and a robust safety program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; PM training desired.
• 1–5 years of project management experience in construction preferred.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, estimating, costing, and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of each project from start to finish, including planning, bidding, budgeting and scheduling.
• Documents, reports, submittals, cost codes and closeout paperwork; maintains logs.
• Procures materials, negotiates with vendors and ensures plans meet contract requirements.
• Leads start-up meetings, tracks progress, and coordinates with field operations and design staff.
• Ensures safety programs and OSHA compliance on site.
