Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is hiring a Project Manager- Construction Technologies in the United States. The role involves leading multiple projects across low voltage systems, coordinating design, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management, with travel to project sites.

You will mentor team members, drive quality, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client communications. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive leadership position within a growing technology-focused division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 1-5 years of project management experience; solid PM training and lifecycle understanding.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specs; strong financial/analytical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of each project, including plans, quotations, bidding, budgeting, milestones, and reporting.
• Prepares and manages project documents, invoices, change orders, and submittals.
• Secures subcontractors and negotiates with vendors; obtains permits as needed.
• Conducts job start-up meetings and regular project update meetings; directs foremen and design staff.
• Ensures safety, quality assurance, and compliance with OSHA; stays current with codes and new technologies.
