Job summary

Topgolf seeks a Project Manager I to lead multiple technology projects across venues, coordinating scope, delivery, and timelines with diverse teams. The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, risk planning, and adherence to quality standards.

You will document requirements, manage plans, and support best-practice processes with collaboration from senior PMs. Travel of 20–30% is expected as projects span multiple Topgolf locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading large scale projects.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years Project Budgeting.
• 1+ years Technology Procurement.
• Create and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or other tools; managing task dependency, resourcing, milestones, etc.
• Ability to establish credibility with business partners and IT stakeholders and become a trusted partner.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
• Analytical thinking, and Time management skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Travel: 20 - 30%

Responsibilities

• Plan scope with business partners and document their needs for project goals.
• Update and edit templated project plans to meet goals, noting individual nuances.
• Engage resources and define roles within the project team.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Document updates to stakeholders and maintain project communications.
• Assist IT PMO in defining and implementing project best practices; emphasize documentation.
